Candidate Portal - Issuing Logins


To issue the candidate their logins, all that needs to be done is go to the Further Information tab on the Contact record and toggle on Visible on Portal to 'Yes'. Click Save to trigger the email being sent.

This will send out an email issuing the URL and their username. A second email will follow, containing their temporary password. 

When they first log in to the Portal, they must change their password.

They can reset this at any time before they log in or within the Portal, on the Details page.

If emails are not received, they will appear in the candidates Timeline. From here, click on the forward icon, just as you would in Outlook:

Placements


To ensure that a Placement is visible on the portal, there is also the same toggle as above on the Admin & Activities tab of the Placement. Depending on your process and when you wish for the candidate to be able to view their Placement, this can be switched to 'Yes' and then save the record.

NOTE: It is possible for an automation to be applied that if as soon as the Placement is created, the toggle is defaulted to 'Yes', rather than 'No', Please speak to your Project Manager or Customer Success Manager for further information.
